The County of Yuba’s Workers’ Compensation program is self-insured and administered through York Insurance Services. Our mission is to provide state mandated benefits to all County employees and other qualified recipients in a timely, professional and cost effective manner.

To begin a Claim:
Injured Worker Notifies Supervisor
Injured Worker/Supervisor immediately contact injury hotline, Company Nurse at 1-877-854-6877 (available 24 hours a day).
Company Nurse gathers information over the phone and helps injured worker access appropriate medical care.
Human Resources, or designee, follows-up with employee, as necessary
