  • The Spring Valley Specific Plan area includes two adjacent but distinct geographic areas. A southern area of approximately 1300 acres runs from a narrow band along the Yuba River, across Highway 20 and then northerly to Spring Valley Road.

  • The northern portion of the Plan area lies north of Spring Valley Road where it is contained between two ridgelines.
