REVENUE AND RECOVERY:

The Revenue and Recovery Unit enforces fiscal orders of the court and collects monies owed the County.  Collections include victime restitution, fines and penalty assessments, cost recovery for care of minors in Juvenile Hall and out-of-home placement, recovery for costs of Public Defender services, jail medical and a variety of fee's associated with services provided by the Probation Department.
