Land Use Program
The land use program is to help insure
that utilities (sewage and water) are available for all parcels and projects in
Yuba County. The program reviews all land split and land use applications
for compliance with Environmental Health conditions of approval.
For any maps that will effect
parcels that have onsite wastewater disposal
and/or onsite wells it is
highly recommended that the applicants check with
Environmental Health before
filing an application.
Services provided:
Consultations with Owners, Developers, and Engineers regarding
requirements for map applications and E.H. conditions.
Map
clearance
reviews for compliance with
final Environmental Health Conditions.
Co-ordinate for E. H. final clearance with other departments.
Member on the Staff Development Committee
for review and approval
of minor land use applications.
Witness for Soil Profiles, Perk Tests and/or site evaluations for
all
maps.
